Role: Technical Adviser
Location: Parkview, Ikoyi. Lagos
Work mode: Fully onsite
Salary: N1m-N1.2m
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Technical Adviser to lead technical governance, project delivery excellence, and portfolio-wide construction oversight across major developments in Lagos, Nigeria.
This role serves as the highest technical authority within the organization and will work closely with the Executive Team to drive quality, operational efficiency, technical compliance, and scalable project delivery systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic technical leadership across all developments
• Oversee design coordination across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines
• Lead PMO governance, project controls, and delivery standardization
• Drive construction excellence, risk management, and value engineering
• Champion HSE compliance and a “Right First Time” quality culture
• Manage consultant performance and technical approvals
• Support digital transformation, BIM integration, and modern construction methodologies
Ideal Candidate:
• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related field
• 12–15+ years of progressive construction/project leadership experience
• Proven experience managing multiple large-scale developments simultaneously
• Strong understanding of Lagos construction regulations and industry practices
• Excellent leadership, technical decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
