About the Role
Seedforth Agro is seeking Technical Sales Representatives to promote its premium vegetable seed portfolio while providing agronomic support and guidance to farmers and growers across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies for vegetable seeds, including tomatoes, sweet peppers, cucumbers and habaneros.
• Provide agronomic support to customers throughout the growing cycle.
• Build and maintain relationships with farmers and agricultural stakeholders.
• Conduct field demonstrations and product trials.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Requirements
• Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy or a related field.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop technical expertise.
• Knowledge of vegetable crop production is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
