About the Role
Rayfield Medical Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Theatre Nurse to provide safe and effective perioperative nursing care and support surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide perioperative nursing care before, during and after surgery.
* Assist surgeons and the theatre team during procedures.
* Prepare the theatre and ensure availability of instruments.
* Monitor patients throughout the surgical process.
* Maintain a sterile environment and comply with healthcare standards.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Requirements
* B.NSc or Registered Nurse qualification.
* Current NMCN practising licence.
* Perioperative Nursing qualification/certification is an advantage.
* Excellent communication, teamwork and organizational skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure.
* Proficiency in computer applications.
