Hiring: Treasury Officer
📍 Location: Warri (Fully Onsite)
Responsibilities
· Process payments for vendors, contractors, service providers, and JV partners.
· Execute payments through bank platforms, SWIFT transfers, and approved payment channels.
· Monitor daily cash balances and support liquidity management activities.
· Assist with cash flow forecasting and funding requirements for operations and projects.
· Process Joint Venture (JV) cash calls and partner payments.
· Manage foreign currency payments and support foreign exchange transactions.
· Perform bank reconciliations across multiple local and foreign accounts.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly treasury and cash position reports.
· Ensure compliance with payment controls, AML requirements, and approval workflows.
· Collaborate with finance, procurement, operations, and banking partners to ensure timely payment execution.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
· 3–6 years’ experience in treasury, finance, or payment operations.
· Experience handling high-value and multi-currency transactions.
· Knowledge of treasury operations, banking platforms, and cash flow management.
· Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or SAGE.
· Advanced Excel and reconciliation skills.
· Understanding of Joint Venture (JV) payment processes is an advantage.
· Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, CFA) is an added advantage.
· Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
