2). *Plant/Equipment Manager:* 8 – 10 years work experience with at least 5 years in a top construction firm.
3). *Human Resources Manager:* 8 – 10 years work experience with at least 3 years in a top construction firm.
4). *HSE Manager:* 8 – 10 years work experience with at least 5 years in a top construction firm.
5). *Procurement Manager:* 8 – 10 years work experience with at least 3 years in a top construction firm.
6). *Transport and Logistics Manager:* 8 – 10 years work experience with at least 3 years in a top construction firm.
7). *Quality Assurance & Control (QAQC) Manager:* 8 – 10 years work experience with at least 5 years in a top construction firm.
8). *Internal Audit Manager:* 8 – 10 years work experience with at least 3 years in a top construction firm.
9). *Brands and Corporate Communications Manager:* 8 – 10 years work experience with at least 3 years in a top construction firm.
10). *Public Relations and Community Liaison Manager:* 8 – 10 years work experience with at least 3 years in a top construction firm.
