Job Title: Station Supervisor

The Station Supervisor supports the Station Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the filling station, ensuring efficient service delivery, staff supervision, operational compliance, and effective coordination of station activities in the absence of the Station Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Station Manager in supervising daily station operations.
Oversee attendants and station staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
Monitor fuel stock levels, sales, and inventory records.
Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and company policies.
Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
Prepare daily operational and sales reports.
Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and proper functioning of station facilities.
Act on behalf of the Station Manager when required.
Qualifications
Interested candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree with 1-3 years of experience.
A key criterion for selection:
Must reside in Imo State, Owerri precisely
Must have completed NYSC and attach a certificate when applying

Job Title: Station Manager

Job Summary
The Station Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, sales performance, staff management, safety compliance, and profitability of the filling station while ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise daily station operations and staff activities.
Monitor fuel stock levels, product sales, and inventory management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and safety regulations.
Prepare and review daily sales, cash, and operational reports.
Oversee cash management, reconciliation, and accountability processes.
Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues effectively.
Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and security of station facilities.
Coordinate product deliveries and liaise with management on operational matters.
Drive sales growth and ensure profitability of the station.
Supervise and support Station Supervisors, Cashiers, and Attendants.
Experience
Must have completed NYSC
Must reside in Along Umaru/sabo road Ilorin west Axis.
Salary
₦200,000 per month.

Location: Owerri, Imo
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
The Station Cashier is responsible for handling customer payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting smooth daily operations at the filling station.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and process customer payments accurately.
Issue receipts and maintain proper transaction records.
Balance cash transactions and prepare daily sales reports.
Ensure proper accountability of cash and POS transactions.
Attend to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
Support inventory and sales reconciliation processes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier point.
Report any discrepancies or operational issues to management promptly.
