Hiring: Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Officer
Location: Rivers

Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring all rehabilitation activities are carried out safely and in compliance with Company HSE policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily safety inspections and toolbox talks.
Monitor compliance with permit-to-work systems.
Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment.
Monitor confined space entry and hot work activities.
Investigate incidents and prepare safety reports.
Ensure emergency response procedures are implemented.
Maintain HSE documentation and records.

Qualifications & Experience

Degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
NEBOSH, ISPON, OSHA, or equivalent certification.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in oil & gas or industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.

Hiring: Job Title: Industrial Spray Paint Applicator
Location: Rivers
Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary

Responsible for carrying out surface coating and painting activities on tanks and piping systems using conventional air or airless spray application methods.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting through blasting, grinding, and cleaning.
Apply industrial coatings and paints using approved spray equipment.
Ensure proper mixing and application of coating materials.
Maintain painting equipment and ensure compatibility with paint manufacturer specifications.
Monitor coating thickness and finish quality.
Follow all safety procedures during painting and blasting operations.
Assist with housekeeping and environmental protection measures.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in industrial painting/coating applications.
Experience with conventional air and airless spray systems.
Knowledge of industrial coating standards and surface preparation requirements.
Ability to work in confined spaces and elevated areas.

Hiring: Certified Tank Engineer / Foreman
Location: Rivers
Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary

Responsible for supervising and coordinating all tank rehabilitation activities including inspection, repair, refurbishment, testing, commissioning, and compliance with API standards and international best practises.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise tank rehabilitation and maintenance activities.
Coordinate mobilization, tank isolation, degassing, and cleaning operations.
Ensure all repair and refurbishment works comply with API standards and Company specifications.
Monitor welding, structural repairs, piping restoration, and painting activities.
Oversee hydrostatic testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.
Review drawings, technical documents, and as-built documentation.
Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and permit-to-work systems.
Coordinate workforce activities and monitor project progress.
Conduct toolbox meetings and site inspections.
Liaise with Company representatives on technical and operational matters.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
API certification or equivalent professional qualification.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in tank design, construction, inspection, and rehabilitation.
Strong knowledge of API 650, API 653, and related international standards.
Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.

Hiring: Certified Corrosion Engineer / Inspector
Location: Rivers
Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary

Responsible for corrosion assessment, coating inspection, surface preparation verification, and ensuring coating applications meet international corrosion protection standards.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct corrosion inspections and assessments on tanks and piping systems.
Inspect surface preparation activities before coating application.
Verify painting and coating materials comply with project specifications.
Monitor coating application processes including airless spray painting.
Conduct dry film thickness (DFT), adhesion, and holiday testing.
Prepare inspection reports and quality documentation.
Ensure compliance with NACE standards and coating manufacturer recommendations.
Advise on corrosion mitigation and protection measures.

Requirements

NACE Level 2 or Level 3 Certification.
Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
5–7 years’ experience in corrosion inspection and coating activities.
Strong knowledge of industrial coating systems and surface preparation standards.
