Job Description

Hiring: ELV Technician

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Roles / Responsibilities

Perform daily maintenance on electrical / Extral low voltage system systems, including CCTV Camera, Smoke detectors, Public Address system, , access control, Smart lighting and HVAC Control
Troubleshoot and repair of all ELV  equipment using hand and power tools.
Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems, inspect ELV components, .
Identify electrical / ELV problems with a variety of testing devices.
Follow blueprints to ensure that wiring  and equipment are installed correctly.
Conducting maintenance repairs on old or faulty fixtures.
Responding to fault requests.
Identifying faults or hazards.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of trade test 1-3 certification
Experience Required: Minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a ELV maintenance in a facility management sector is preferred
Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in reading schematics and work plans.
Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice.
Ability to work in confined spaces.
Commitment to safety and quality.
Very good organizational skills
Very good communication skills

About the Role

Hiring: Executive Assistant to the Managing Director

The Role

The Executive Assistant will serve as the primary point of coordination for the Managing Director’s office, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, seamless stakeholder management, and effective execution of strategic priorities.
This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and discreet professional who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.
Coordinate executive meetings, board sessions, and stakeholder engagements.
Prepare meeting agendas, reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
Draft and manage correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director.
Track action items and ensure timely follow-up across departments.

Requirements

1. Qualifications:

Professional certifications such as CIPM, ICSAN, or related qualifications will be an added advantage.

2. Experience:

Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Management, or similar role.
Experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders is strongly preferred.
Previous experience within banking, financial services, or other regulated industries will be an advantage.

3. Required Skills & Competencies:

Hiring: HR Assistant

Location: Wawa, Isheri – Ogun
Employment Type: Part-time

Responsibilities

Prepare all interview document, and follow-up with interviewer to ensure candidates are attended to on time.
Communicate recruitment feedback to candidate (and guide them through the next stage in the recruitment process, if successful).
Assist with documentation (issuance of required employment forms, cross checking to ensure forms are accurately filled, and follow-up with to ensure pending document are submitted with the time frame given.
Maintaining time sheets accurately and accurately inputting time and attendance into the computer.
Compute total time worked by employees and check accuracy for processing of payroll.
Assist with processing of personnel regulations, employment document and employee leave of absence.
Ensure staff attendance are accurately flagged in line with, document received for leaves and departmental weekly/monthly shift schedule received.
Track & generate daily/monthly attendance records/report on absent, lateness, leaves, single clocking etc.
Making sure that pay slips are distributed properly in uttermost confidentiality and provides required staff clocking data required for payroll processing of staff payment.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
