• *Head Risk Management*
*Minimum requirements*
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Professional certifications (FRM, PRM, CFA, ACA) are highly desirable.
• Ensure compliance with CBN, SEC, and other regulatory requirements.
• 10+ years’ risk management experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian regulations and global risk standards (Basel II/III, IFRS).
• *Head Internal Control & Audit*
*Minimum requirements*
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
• Ensure compliance with Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), SEC, and other relevant regulatory bodies.
• Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIA, or CISA are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 10–12 years’ experience in internal audit/internal control within banking, insurance, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian financial regulations and international audit standards (IFRS, COSO, IIA).
• *Head Sales*
*Minimum requirements*
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales leadership within banking, insurance, fintech, or financial services.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of Nigeria’s financial services market.
