📍 **Location:** Kano, Nigeria
💼 **Employment Type:** Full-Time - Our Client in the Construction Sector(interior design and fittings) is looking for an experienced **Warehouse Manager** to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, team performance and the efficient movement of goods.
🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.
* Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate daily activities.
* Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods.
* Maintain accurate inventory records and minimize stock discrepancies.
* Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliations.
* Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes.
* Monitor warehouse capacity and ensure proper utilization of storage space.
* Coordinate with procurement, logistics, sales and other relevant teams.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety and warehouse operating standards.
* Prepare operational and inventory reports for management.
* Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs and improve efficiency.
🔹 REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor’s degree/HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
* 5+ years’ experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
* Proven experience managing warehouse teams.
* Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse processes.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and warehouse/inventory management systems.
* Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
