We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage our client’s human resources functions, ensuring effective recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
* Oversee employee performance, engagement, and welfare.
* Manage disciplinary and employee relations matters.
* Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
* Support workforce planning and organizational development.
* Maintain accurate HR records and reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with 6+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably within the FMCG industry.
