*Role Summary:*
We are seeking an *experienced HR professional* to manage *HR operations and *provide strategic HR suppor within a production/manufacturing environment*.
*Key Responsibilities:*
• Manage recruitment, employee relations and performance management.
• Handle HR policies, compliance, compensation and benefits.
• Drive training, employee engagement and development.
• Analyse HR data, turnover, attrition and workforce trends.
• Manage employee records and HR audits.
• Build strong relationships with management and stakeholders.
• Lead and develop the HR team.
• Support workforce planning and overall HR operations.
*Requirements:*
• BSc/HND in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant HR experience – mandatory.
• Experience in a production plant, factory or manufacturing environment – mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee relations.
• Good communication, leadership and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• CIPM certification is an added advantage.
• HR consulting/outsourcing experience is an added advantage.
*Important: Candidates without 5+ years of HR experience and prior production/factory experience will not be considered.*
