Job Summary
The Acceptance Engineer will be responsible for conducting ATP testing, validating site readiness, and ensuring all deliverables meet customer requirements before final acceptance.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform ATP testing in line with customer and project requirements
• Validate site readiness, installations, and documentation
• Liaise with customer representatives for site acceptance and sign-off
• Ensure all acceptance criteria are met before project closure
• Document and report acceptance status and pending issues
• Support resolution of identified gaps prior to final approval
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in telecom field operations or acceptance testing
• Strong understanding of ATP processes and documentation
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Willingness to travel extensively
