Job Summary
The Quality Engineer will ensure that all project activities meet defined quality standards through audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and enforce quality standards across all project sites
• Conduct site audits, inspections, and documentation reviews
Identify quality gaps and ensure corrective actions are implemented
• Collaborate with teams to improve overall project delivery quality
• Develop and maintain quality control processes and reports
• Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory standards
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
3–5 years of experience in quality assurance/control within telecom or construction
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with quality audits and reporting
• Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
