Job Title: Branch Manager (Automobile Industry)
Locations: Victoria Island & Ilupeju, Lagos
Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦300,000 (depending on experience and location)
*Job Summary*
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, and ensure excellent customer experience across our branches. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the automobile industry and a strong ability to manage teams and business operations effectively.
*Key Responsibilities*
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and profitability
Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets
Supervise, coach, and manage branch staff to ensure high performance
Maintain excellent customer service standards and resolve client issues promptly
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams for stock management
*Requirements*
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within the automobile industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proven track record in sales and business development
