Job Summary
The Regional Manager will oversee project execution across Kano and surrounding states, ensuring operational efficiency, team performance, and successful delivery of project targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate multiple projects across the region
• Manage Project Managers, engineers, and field teams
Serve as the primary link between senior management and field operations
• Monitor KPIs, team performance, and compliance with project standards
• Drive issue resolution and escalation management
• Optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency
• Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and client expectations
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
• 7+ years of experience in telecom operations or project delivery
• Proven experience managing regional or multi-site operations
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
