Required Qualifications and Experience
●2–4 years’ experience in customer service within the food, hospitality, catering, or event industry
â—ŹProven experience handling high volumes of customer interaction in a fast-paced environment
â—ŹFamiliarity with order coordination, event bookings, or restaurant operations is highly desirable
Skills and Competencies:
