Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Master’s Degree or MBA is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive IT experience, including 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience managing multi-site IT operations, preferably within construction, real estate, manufacturing, or project-driven industries.
• Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CISM, or Microsoft/Azure certifications.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Sage 50/200, SeamlessHR, BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of the Nigerian Data Protection Act (NDPA), information security, IT governance, and compliance.
• Experience managing IT budgets, vendors, service providers, and technology procurement.
• Proven ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the organization’s IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives.
• Oversee enterprise IT infrastructure, systems, and multi-site operations.
• Ensure compliance with information security standards, NDPA, and governance requirements.
• Manage IT budgets, vendors, technology procurement, and service providers.
• Drive the implementation and optimization of enterprise applications and ERP systems.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing IT teams.
• Identify technology opportunities that improve operational efficiency and business performance.
