*Inventory Associate — Dark Store*
We’re looking for an Inventory Associate to own stock operations at our various locations dark store. The locations are as follows: Ogba, Ipodo (ikeja), Council (Ikotun), Ayobo, Sangotedo, Jakande, Itedo, New Road, Addo, Ajah, Penninsula, Obalende, Sawmill, Shomolu, Sabo
You’ll make sure the right items are always in stock, in good condition, and ready to go before they ever hit a live order.
*What you’ll do:*
– Own stock levels for all SKUs — live counts, restock triggers, daily availability
– Coordinate daily supply runs with assigned bakeries, distributors, and local vendors
– Receive all incoming deliveries — verify quantities, inspect quality, reject non-conforming items
– Supervise agent performance and stock levels during daily operations
– Submit daily stock report with a zero variance target; flag shortfalls before they hit live orders
*What we’re looking for:*
– 0–3 years in inventory management, store ops, warehouse, or FMCG distribution
– Highly organised with strong attention to detail
– Comfortable maintaining stock records and doing regular counts
– Proactive — you spot problems before they become issues
– Physically able to work in a store/warehouse environment
Salary: ₦150k Monthly (Net)
