A leading paint company in Lagos is seeking an experienced and results-driven *Outlet/Depot Manager* to oversee the operations, sales performance, and customer experience of its flagship outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional service delivery while maintaining world-class operational standards.
📌 Key Responsibilities
✅ Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
✅ Develop and implement sales strategies for retail, trade, contractor, and institutional customers.
✅ Lead, coach, and supervise the outlet team to deliver outstanding customer service and sales performance.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, and corporate clients.
✅ Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability.
✅ Ensure the outlet maintains excellent visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
🎯 Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
✔ MBA or relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
✔ Minimum of 10 years’ experience in retail sales, showroom/experience center management, depot management, or trade sales.
✔ Experience within the paints, building materials, FMCG, or related industries is highly preferred.
✔ Strong leadership, sales, negotiation, and people management skills.
