Job Summary

We are seeking experienced, result-driven Sales, Business Development & Partnerships Managers to drive business expansion across their assigned city/state. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the fintech industry, with a proven ability to acquire and manage merchants, agents, aggregators, and strategic partners while driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales and business development strategies within the assigned territory.

Identify, onboard, and manage aggregators.

Recruit, onboard, and manage agents.

Acquire, onboard, and manage top merchants.

Build and maintain strategic relationships with government agencies, corporate organizations, and key business stakeholders.

Identify new partnership opportunities that increase transaction volume and revenue.

Ensure merchants and agents remain active and productive.

Conduct regular market visits and business meetings.

Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.

Prepare weekly sales and performance reports.

Achieve assigned revenue, merchant acquisition, and partnership targets.

Work closely with operations and customer success teams to ensure partner satisfaction.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) is mandatory.

3–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships within a fintech company.

Demonstrated experience managing merchants, agents, aggregators, or distribution networks.

Experience building strategic partnerships with businesses and government institutions is an added advantage.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Must be willing to work onsite within the assigned city/state.
