Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Site Engineer to manage and execute site installation, integration, and commissioning activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless deployment of network infrastructure, timely documentation, and effective coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute site installation, integration, and commissioning activities in line with project timelines and standards
• Independently handle site deployment and integration tasks within assigned regions
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required documentation, including TSS, ATP, and checklists
• Troubleshoot and resolve site-related issues such as alarms, connectivity challenges, and hardware faults
• Ensure timely closure of alarms and proper escalation of unresolved issues
• Coordinate effectively with NOC, project teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Manage site access, logistics, and on-ground coordination with local stakeholders and vendors
• Provide regular status updates on site progress and escalate risks or challenges promptly
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards at all times
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in telecom site engineering, installation, or integration
• Strong knowledge of telecom infrastructure, site deployment, and network integration
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting alarms, connectivity, and hardware issues
• Familiarity with documentation such as TSS (Technical Site Survey) and ATP (Acceptance Test Procedure)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities simultaneously
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel to various site locations as required
