Mithest Travels and Recruitment Nigeria Limited is recruiting for two full-time roles in Challenge, Ibadan.
About us
We are a travel and recruitment company based in Ibadan, established in 2019. We handle flight and hotel bookings, tour packages, study and work abroad support, and recruitment services.
1. RECEPTIONIST
You will welcome clients, answer calls and messages, handle enquiries, schedule appointments, and give basic information on our travel, visa, and recruitment services.
Duties
• Welcome and assist clients professionally
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails
• Attend to travel and recruitment enquiries
• Schedule appointments and keep records
• Direct clients to the right staff
• Handle basic office duties
• Keep the reception area neat and organised
• Follow up with clients
Requirements
• OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, polite, and professional
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
• Able to handle calls, messages, and clients well
• Good organisation and time management
• Able to multitask and work under pressure
• Reception, customer service, or admin experience is an advantage
2. INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
You will contact clients, promote our travel and recruitment services, follow up on leads, and convert enquiries into sales.
Duties
• Contact clients by phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media
• Explain travel, visa, and recruitment services
• Follow up with leads
• Share prices and packages
• Convert enquiries into bookings or sales
• Keep accurate records and meet sales targets
• Build client relationships and report to management
Requirements
• OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Confident and persuasive with clients
• Able to use WhatsApp, email, and Microsoft Office
• Target-driven and results-oriented
• Sales or customer service experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of travel or recruitment is an advantage
